Bugsy is always buggin out. He always stares at things, and sometimes it makes people nervous. He never misses a thing. Bugsy is a judging member of the Homiehopperz car club. He has like 15-15 eye vision in the dark. If he says he saw it...then he most definately saw it. Some day Bugsy hopes to be a referee in the NFL. That way he can help them get their replay calls right.
