Carnecero is the butcher that runs the Meat Markket in Barrio Quien Sabe. His marinated Carne Asada is all over as the best. He always keeps his work area spotless and clean so the Homies don’t get food poisoning. Carnecero orders extra carne before big fights, Holiday weekends, Superbowls , big soccer games, etc, so he never runs out. Even the Gringos come to his store to by meat. They may look nervous and out of place when they come into the store, but Carnecero always takes good care of them, so they keep coming back.
