El Grumpy is a grouchy Homie. Everything pisses him off. He is always maddoggin and muggin someone for no apparent reason. Everything he says is smart-alec and negative. His Homies accuse him of having P.M.S. and are always trying to get him to chill out but with no luck. They accept him because he grew up with them despite his shitty attitude. They just feel the vato has issues and is in serious need of some counseling.
