Mr. Loony is a cartoon freek. He loves to watch cartoons on tv all day long. He used to be pretty normal as a small kid. But both his parents worked all the time and left him alone with a babysitter. The babysitter was real lazy and preferred to eat, gossip on the phone, and sleep all day. Instead of taking mr Loony to the park, or reading books and stuff during the day, she just sat him in front of the boob tube with a bunch of candy. He grew up watching Looney Tunes, Micky Mouse, Popeye, Muppets, Bullwinkle...all of the old school cartoons. Mr Loony actually has multiple cartoon personalities. Somedays he thinks he's Porky Pig, other days he thinks he's Kermit the frog. You never know what to expect. One thing for sure though...sitting around watching cartoons all day can sure cause brain damage, and make a young Homie go "Loony".
