Poco Loco is a little bit Crazy. He's a small Vato in size but big in heart. If something goes down...he's always in the middle of it. Sometimes he gets thrown around like a ragdoll, but he keeps bouncing back. He just won't stay down. He hasn't always been loco. One time him and some homies were changing a tire on their lowride and the car rolled off the jack and a tire rolled over his head. It's amazing, but he survived. He just ain't been all right in the head since then.
